Mart Nijen Es studied at the Artez Conservatorium in Enschede, The Netherlands. After being the 'Low man on the totem pole' in Mandrake's Monster he joined ex-Whitsnake guitarist Adrian Vanderberg for his new project Vandenberg's MoonKings. Vandenberg's MoonKing's debut album will be released on 24 February, 2014, after which the band will tour extensively throughout Europe, and beyond.
