Josh Dalsimer was the initial drummer in The Mighty Mighty Bosstones. The band was one of the first bands to fuse Jamaican ska rhythms with distorted guitar riffs and punkish attitude in 1985.



After several years honing their act and even enduring a temporary breakup, their debut album, "Devil's Night Out", was released in 1990. Soon afterwards, drummer Dalsimer was replaced by Joe Sirois.
