Jon Whitlock was one of the driving forces in Christabel and the Jons, JP Harris and the Tough Choices and a stack of Knoxville bands.



Jon Whitlock was born in Macon, Georgia, but his family moved to Saudi Arabia when he was 5. Later, the family moved to California, back to Georgia and then landed in Cleveland, Tennessee, where Whitlock graduated from high school. He studied music in Atlanta and Chattanooga before finally landing in Knoxville.
