Joel Gausten rejoined The Undead (featuring former Misfits guitarist Bobby Steele) in February 2006 following a three-year stint in Los Angeles. Gausten previously played in the band from 1998 to 1999, and again in 2002.



Joel Gausten has been drummer in Pigface as well. He was also the Misfits' promoter and fill-in drummer in 1995.



Joel Gausten is the former managing editor of Liner Notes magazine. A longtime musician, he has worked with a number of artists, including Pigface and Electric Frankenstein. "Albums that (Should’ve) Changed the World" is slated for an August 2007 release.
