Gonzales (real name Jason Beck) is a Canadian Jewish musician. Though most well known for his first MC and electro albums, he is also a pianist. He regularly collaborates with the Canadian musicians Feist and Mocky.



In the 1990s, he was the leader of the alternative rock band Son before embarking on his solo career. He has worked as an MC in various European cities, and lived in East Berlin.
