James Austin Culpepper is the drummer for the band Flyleaf. He currently resides in Austin, Texas. He is one of the founding members of Flyleaf, alongside Lacey Mosley.



Flyleaf have been playing together since 2002. Their gold-certified self-titled debut album was recorded in the spring 2005 during a two-month stay at Bay 7 Studios in Los Angeles with acclaimed producer Howard Benson.
