Fabián Redondo drummed in Uruguay metal band Requiem Aeternam.
The band started in 1995 featuring Martín López on drum, who would gain fame with Amon Amarth and Opeth.
After some member changes, the line-up kept defined as Fabián Redondo (drums), Marcelo Aguilar (bass) and José Romero (guitars and vocals) in 1997.
In 1998 the bands official debut "Eternally Dying" was released with Redondo behind the drum kit.
As José Romero decided to move to New York City in 2002, he left the other two members behind and started to regain new members to record the long time awaited second album.
In April 2004 it turned out that Alex Hernández, known for his excellent work in Immolation, joined the band to lay down the drum tracks for the upcoming album "Philosopher".
