Derek Rieth was percussionist for the renowned Portland band Pink Martini until he passed away in August 2014.



Derek Rieth played many percussion instruments for the band, including bongos, congas, cymbals, and the triangle.



Derek Reith died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
