Craig Macintyre grew up in the Boston area, the second-child of Scottish immigrants. After high school, Craig decided to forgo college to pursue a career in music; today, he is a much sought-after live and session drummer. Craig's discerning playing earned him a nod from Modern Drummer Magazine and has served as the rhythmic backbone for such artists as: Josh Groban, Lucia Micarelli, Great Big Sea with The Chieftains, Sandy Lam, Johnny A, Toni Lynn Washington, Jess Klein, The Swinging Steaks and Four Piece Suit, whose music was featured on Sex and The City



Craig Macintyre has appeared on Late Night with Conan O’Brien, the World Music Awards, the American Music Awards, Live at the Greek: Josh Groban with special guest Bela Fleck, VH1, Sessions @ AOL, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and Good Morning America.
