Christopher Powell is probably best known as Pow Pow, drummer and percussionist in Philadelphia/New York-based group Man Man.



Christopher Powell has also played for experimental rock group Need New Body, and the Chicago sextet Icy Demons.



Christopher got his chops playing drums in New Brunswick, NJ bands Bent Leg Fatima and The Billy Crosbys.



Factoid: Christopher participated as drummer 11 in the Boredoms 77 Boadrum performance which occurred on 7 July 2007 at the Empire-Fulton Ferry State Park in Brooklyn, New York.
