Brian Sagrafena plays drums in The Cud, a project featuring bassist Jason Newsted (VoiVod, ex-Metallica, Ozzy Osbourne)on bass/vocals alongside Chris Scianni on guitar.



According to a Chophouse Records newsletter, The Cud formed in New York City during the making of Metallica's "Reload" album.



Previously known for their work with the New York City-based alternative pop duo Dangerman, Chris Scianni and Dave Borla went on to join the Echobrain lineup for their 2002 "Keep Me Alive Tour", which also featured Newsted.
