Aloke Dutta is an established tabla player. He has become an important figure in modern music, having taught some of the most influential drummers of our time.



Aloke Dutta's pupils include Danny Carey, Terry Bozzio, Pat Mastelotto and Roy Wooten.



Aloke Dutta joined Tool on stage for the song Pushit during Tool's small tour in the spring of 1998.
