German drummer Alex "Hasselhoff" Tabisz joined Scottish 'pirate metal' band Alestorm in June 2008, after previous sticksman Ian Wilson (Catharist) had left the group "due to a heavy touring schedule and a career that unfortunately leaves little room for time off."
