Tormentor plays drums in German thrashers Desaster. Since 1996 he has been a regular member in the band. Before that date he helped out for one single-gig and a 3-days-tour.



Tormentor also played drums in some other bands like Menhir on their "Thuringia"- album, Metal Inquisitor which he started together with the guitar player Bumi. And Tormentor recorded a demo tape and a 7" before he quit the band due to a lack of time.



Then there's Metalucifer, a Japanese band where he recorded the full length album "Heavy Metal Chainsaw", a live album called "Heavy Metal Genocide" and a 12"-maxi called "Warriors Ride On The Chariots". Metalucifer one moment also featured Bill Andrews of Death fame on drums.



Tormentor names Dave Lombardo, Abbadon, Atomic Steiff and Nico McBrian among his favourite drummers.
