Laval W. Belle, highly respected music veteran, author, playwright and Minister takes nothing for granted. As a child in his hometown of St. Louis, Missouri, Belle learned the importance of hard work and persistence, and the successful fruit of his labor is evident in every undertaking he manages.
As an author, Laval Belle has penned three thought-provoking publications entitled: Your Gifts Are Not Your Purpose, Love In All The Wrong Faces and The Saint and Sexual Addiction .
Laval Belle received his ministerial training through the West Angeles Church Bible College and was ordained for ministry by the esteemed Bishop Charles E. Blake. Belle also taught courses at this respected institution.
A compassionate man, Laval Belle founded the non-profit organization, Caring Ministries, a ministry dedicated to serve and meet the needs of all people. As a minister, Belle speaks to audiences throughout the country and in urban communities, motivating youth and adults through inspirational dialogue through seminars, conferences, prisons, small groups and congregational services.
As an accomplished musician, Laval Belle has enjoyed playing for several well known artists such as Bette Midler, George Benson, Andre Crouch, Earth, Wind & Fire, KebMo, Shelby Lynn and Brian McKnight .
Currently, Laval Belle has completed a gospel jazz CD project entitled Free , and is also producing Love In All The Wrong Faces , a riveting theatrical musical production adapted from his second book.
His foundational experience as a drummer was afforded him in church. It is no surprise that within his 20-year musical career, Laval Belle is also a Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He has been bestowed a special gift of love and kindness for God's people and his gift has given him various venues to display that gentle concern for all peoples.
