The Dillinger Escape Plan guitarist Ben Weinman denies rumors that drummer Gil Sharone has quit the band. To Kerrang! magazine Ben tells:\"Gil didn\'t leave and we didn\'t kick him out. He will be busy, though, working with his other band (Stolen Babies) a lot over the next year, so I am talking to other dudes both for Dillinger possibilities and just for me to play with on other creative projects. We still may be touring and writing with Gil, though. Kinda in the air. No big drama though or anything.\"
Drummer Marco Minneman has reportedly indicated that he plans to work with The Dillinger Escape Plan during the coming months, but nothing has been confirmed yet. Another rumored candidate to join the band is Raanen Bozzio, son of famous skinsman Terry Bozzio.
The Dillinger Escape Plan members are currently home in the early stages of writing for the follow-up album to their album \'Ire Works\'.
