Starclassic Bubinga & Starclassic Maple Both the Starclassic Bubinga and Starclassic Maple have three new finishes: Satin Aztec Gold Metallic, Flat Burgandy Metallic and Flat Black.
African bubinga wood is approximately 53% harder than maple and birch. Acoustically speaking, bubinga provides a more sharp and aggressive attack. The Tama bubinga shells are slightly thicker than the maple drums.
