Ddrum to reissue classic trigger tube at NAMM 2016 Artist signing sessions announced on Saturday and Sunday Ddrum announces the reissue of its classic Trigger Tube, a single zone pad used to trigger sound samples. The reissue will make its debut at the Winter NAMM Show 2016 in Anaheim, California next week.

The Trigger Tube is a proprietary design unique to Ddrum offering drummers a greater degree of playing possibilities with either acoustic or electronic kits.

Sleek design combined with responsive action enables drummers to incorporate electronics into their kit without compromising space, setup or performance. This add-on easily mounts to any standard cymbal stand, including booms. While its compact size allows for easy mounting, the Trigger Tube remains easy to hit while maintaining a comfortable stick response. The Ddrum Trigger Tube connects to just about any drum controller via the included XLR to 1/4" cable.

Features include:
  • Reinforced rubber playing surface
  • Wingnut attaches to standard cymbal rod
  • Includes ddrum XLR cable
  • A low-profile drum pad that's perfect for accenting acoustic drum kits
  • Responds well to your stick dynamics, despite its small size
  • Connects to nearly any drum controller via an XLR to 1/4" cable (compatible 6999 cable included)
  • Mounts to any standard cymbal stand for convenient placement options

Those attending the 2016 NAMM Show can check out the ddrum Trigger Tube at Ddrum's NAMM booth #303B-C.
