The items that were auctioned this Remo evening included donations from Rob Bourdon (Linkin Park), Will Champion (Coldplay), Nathan Followill (Kings of Leon), Simon Hanson (Squeeze), Taylor Hawkins and Dave Grohl (Foo Fighters), Pink Floyd's Nick Mason, Ian Matthews (Kasabian), Nico McBrain (Iron Maiden), Jamie Morrison (Stereophonics), Chad Smith (Red Hot Chili Peppers), Zak Starkey (The Who) and Ronnie Vannucci Jr. (The Killers). The donation page at Teenage Cancer Trust is still open.

Remo D. Belli Signature Snare Drum
The snare drum is really a one-time limited edition, of which only one exists on the planet. It features pictures of the founder of Remo Inc. Remo Belli at different stages of his life. Including pictures with Gene Krupa, Buddy Rich and Louie Bellson and it was signed by all artists playing at Drummer Night in Manchester. It also features the phrase "60 Years of Innovation," because the company is celebrating its 60th anniversary in 2017.

During the 2017 Remo Drummer Night on the Saturday of The UK Drum Show, 17 drummers played a different song with an All Star band put together by Karl Brazil who actually couldn't attend himself because he was in Boston in the USA playing with James Blunt.

Remo Drummer Night 2017 took place during The UK Drum show on Saturday September 23, 2017 in Manchester. Just like the Remo Drummer Night in 2008, the concert was organized to support the Teenage Cancer Trust.

The Remo Drummer Night Band
During Remo Drummer Night Gary played percussion in the All Star band perfoming with the drummers that evening.

The Remo Drummer Night Band are: Sean Berry (Olly Murs) on keyboards, Adam Wakeman (Black Sabbath) on keyboards/guitar, Oscar Golding (James Arthur) on bass, Tom Longworth (Robbie Williams) on guitar, as well as the brass section from Tom Jones's band and vocalists Denosh Bennett (Robbie Williams), Nayanna Holley (Robbie Williams) and Ryan Molloy (Frankie Goes to Hollywood, Jersey Boys West End production).
