After years of development and countless designs and prototypes, HipTrix claims to have come up with the world's brightest glow-in-the-dark drumsticks. To get to the next level and make production a reality, HipTrix needs your help.

HipTrix has launched a Kickstarter project in order to raise the funds necessary to produce those sticks in a large scale production run.

Explains HipTrix president Erich Neugebauer:
"bringing this idea from the drawing board to a perfected product has been an incredibly expensive labor of love. The financing we’ve been able to procure up to this point has gotten us this far. Now we need your help to cross the finish line."

Kickstarter is a crowd-based online funding platform that gives artists, inventors, and designers the opportunity to raise funds for a given project by offering incentives to financial backers.

Anyone in the world can become a Kickstarter backer. Donations can be made in amounts ranging from $1 to $1,000, with unique rewards being offered at every level.

For example: if you pledge $25 or more, you will receive your very own pair of Hiptrix drumsticks (size 5A) in one of their two brightest colors: green or aqua, plus the Hiptrix sticker, and your name will appear on a list of contributors on a special 'Thank you' page at hiptrix.com. Hiptrix Drumsticks will normally sell in stores for $34.99 so you can get a great product at a discount price. (US and Canada add $3 S&H, International add $7 S&H).

When your reward is ready, Erich Neugebauer will send you an email survey to request any info needed to deliver your reward.

Funding ends Jul 19, 03:35am EDT. If the project isn't fully funded by then, no one pays anything.
