Gretsch names Brent Barnett as AR manager Kimberly Graham resigns her position, but does not retire Gretsch Drums has appointed Brent Bartnett as its new Artist Relations Manager. Brent has worked in the percussion division of KMC Music, Gretsch's US distributor, since 2007. He will be based out of KMC's Ontario, California location.

Brent has helped design and build the drum racks for the drummers of Michael Jackson, P!nk, Lady Gaga, Chicago, and Slipknot among others. You may also know Brent from the Brent's Hang NBO series of videos for Gibraltar on YouTube.

Brent comments on his new job:
"I am looking forward to building on the relationships created over the past seven years working with Gretsch and Gibraltar artists."

A lifelong drummer, Brent Barnett worked for national studio recording and backline company CenterStaging in the Southern California area.

Since joining KMC Music in 2007, Brent's work with Gretsch Drums and Gibraltar Hardware has included product development, artist relations, social media marketing and customer service.

Jeff Ivester, Director of Marketing Communications for KMC Music, says:

According to KMC Music, Brent's predecessor, Kimberly Graham, was a highly respected KMC employee for over 25 years. Now that she has resigned her position at KMC, the company wishes her nothing but the best as she continues to advance in her career.
