Introducing the Stick Hammock Steve DiStanislao launches portable drumssticks tray Drummers can get frustrated trying to find a convenient place to access their sticks, brushes, rods and mallets for easy switching during a performance. That's why drummer Steve DiStanislao (David Crosby, Kenny Loggins, David Gilmour) has come up with the Stick Hammock, a durable and portable tray to put your sticks, mallets and brushes within reach.

Steve explains he aimed for a design that not only would assist drummers in their performance but that would also be portable, easy to set up and road worthy:
"I created my first prototype of the Stick Hammock while playing with David Crosby back in '98 and then continued to use that initial design for several subsequent tours. After years of re-designs, fine tuning and pulling out my hair, the Stick Hammock has finally taken the shape I had hoped for and it has become a vital part of my drum kit on my day to day work."

The Stick Hammock folds up for easy transport. It can be set at any height between 23 and 40 inch. The stand ich is made of aircraft-grade aluminum, the top is made from ballistic nylon and includes a pocket in the center panel to hold sticks in place. List price is $129.95 USD (less than €100 euros or about £81 GPB).
