Andrea Ge is a well-known drummer. He worked with Glenn Hughes, Max Magagni and played with German outfit Exilia. He departed from this latter band in April 2005, and was followed up by a drummer named Ale.
Born in Milan, he is a professional drummer and has studied drums at the NAMM with the well know instructor Tullio De Piscopo. He is further registered in GEMA (D) as composer and author of literal parts. He gained a very good studio and live professional experience, ranging from Blues to Rock, from Reggae to Melodic Italian Pop and Hip-hop, developing the use of sequencer and drum-machine together with the Cubase VST system.
He recorded several albums and singles cooperating live and studio with well known musicians/artists, such as: Enrico Ruggeri, Vasco Rossi, Mark Harris, Massimo Riva, Marco Costa (Sanremo '98), Irene Lamedica (Sanremo '99), Saturnino (Jovanotti), Claudio "Galina" Golinelli (Vasco), Max Gelsi (Elisa), Andrea Braido (Mina, Zucchero, Vasco etc.), Maurizio Solieri (Vasco Rossi), DAVIDE "Cesareo" Civaschi (Elio e le Storie Tese), Ricky Portera (Dalla, Stadio), Mc Auley (Msg), Paul Shortino (Rough Cutt, Quiet Riot), Glenn Hughes (Deep Purple) etc.
Further, he has been member of numerous bands, among which: Sharks (CGD - Sanremo '89), Clara & The Black Cars (Emi), Fandango Band, Animali Rari (Ricordi) and recently the alternative rock/crossover band EXILIA (Gun Records/BMG).
